The Parkland Chamber of Commerce invites the community to a breakfast featuring a conversation with Broward County Commissioner Michael Udine.
This ‘Rise and Shine’ breakfast event will be held on Wednesday, August 14, at The Garden at Parkland. Registration will begin at 8:00 a.m., breakfast will follow, and the program will start at 8:30 a.m.
Attendees can expect a spirited discussion on local governance, community engagement, and Parkland’s upcoming challenges and opportunities.
Michael Udine, elected as a Broward County Commissioner in 2016, has also served as vice mayor and mayor of Broward County. Previously, he was Parkland’s mayor and city commissioner.
Throughout his career, Udine has been recognized for his efforts in community safety, emergency communications, and supporting technological innovation.
The cost for members is $20; for non-members, it is $25; and for trustee members, it’s complimentary plus one guest. Trustee members who cancel after noon on Tuesday, August 13, will incur a $20 no-show fee.
