The Marjory Stoneman Douglas baseball team let a 3-0 lead get away but rallied in the bottom of the seventh with two runs for a 5-4 win over City of Hialeah Educational Academy on Senior Night.
Rolando Lujo started the seventh inning with a game-tying home run. Later in the inning, Santiago Ordonez worked out a walk to drive in the winning run for the team’s eighth victory.
Jake Clemente made the start on the mound and pitched four innings. He allowed two hits and struck out five. Despite allowing three runs late, Derek Rodriguez was rewarded with the win.

Christian Arroyo, Cameron Harris, Grant McDonald, Gavin Conticello, Ordonez, and Chris Mckenna had the other hits, along with Lujo’s home run.
