The Parkland Chamber of Commerce continues its long tradition of donating toys for children in need with a drive-by toy drive that includes music and treats to enjoy during the collection.
“We are a business-based organization, and as businesses are supported by our community, it is always a great feeling to be able to give something back,” said Nicole Roman, President.
Instead of having a holiday party this year, the Parkland Chamber is holding a toy donation drive-by celebration.
Roman said in keeping with their yearly tradition of giving, even during this very uncertain and unique year, the Parkland Chamber is very excited to again collect and deliver toys.
On Monday, December 14, from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. under the covered entrance to City Hall at 6600 North University Drive, Chamber members, and non-members are encouraged to drive through and donate new, unwrapped toys (no stuffed animals) for the pediatric unit at Broward Health Coral Springs.
