Domestic Disturbance: Deputies responded to a verbal dispute between two dating adults on May 26. No injuries were reported, no weapons were involved, and no crime occurred.
Neighbor Dispute: On May 27, a resident requested documentation regarding an ongoing disagreement with neighbors involving water runoff and alleged threatening text messages. The incident was documented for information purposes.
Payment Dispute: A contractor reported on May 28 that a client failed to pay the agreed amount for services performed. The client disputed the quality of the work, and both parties were advised the matter is civil and should be resolved in court.
Student Medical Emergency: Coral Springs Fire Rescue responded to Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School on May 28 after a student fainted in class. The student was evaluated and cleared.
Harassing Emails Reported: A resident reported receiving multiple unsolicited emails between October 2025 and May 2026 that were perceived as threatening and harassing.
HOA Dispute Leads to Harassment Complaint: On May 28, a resident requested documentation alleging ongoing harassment and negative online reviews stemming from a long-term homeowners association dispute. No threats of violence were reported.

Nail in Tire Reported: On May 30, a resident reported finding a nail in a tire and believed it had been placed intentionally but had no evidence to support the claim.
