The Parkland Pokers 9U baseball team is back for another season and raising money for this year.
On Saturday, September 10, they will be set up outside of Publix at the Sawgrass Center in Coral Springs. Money raised helps with umpire fees, tournaments, equipment, uniforms, and league fees for the fall season, which began on August 23.
The Pokers competed in kid pitch for the first time and made it to the semifinals of the Coral Springs Labor Day Invitational. The next time they will be in action will be on September 17 at the Battle of Betti in Coral Springs.
