Blue Agave in Parkland gives its customers something to taco about!
A traditional Mexican restaurant at 7719 N State Road 7 in Parkland, Blue Agave serves authentic dishes made with fresh ingredients.
Their menu includes nachos with cheese ($7.99), quesadillas starting at $10.99, chicken taquitos ($11.99), beef or chicken carnitas ($17.99), fajita burritos ($18.99), shrimp enchiladas ($18.99), and shrimp fajitas ($20.99).

Customers can enjoy lunch portions of burritos, grilled chicken, and seafood chimichangas from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily from $9.99 to $12.99.
Blue Agave’s favorites include the Plato Mexicano — a combination of roast beef with stuffed chili, chicken taquito, cheese enchilada ($21.99), and carne asada and mojo shrimp ($21.99).

With over 50 different types of Tequila, margarita fans will love their lemon, strawberry, peach, and frozen mango flavors ($8.99)or the agave ($10.99). On Wednesdays, house Margaritas are $2.50.
But it does not end there; customers can enjoy happy hour from 3:00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. daily, and On Tuesdays, Tacos are $8.99.
“They are very kind and offer great service,” said Parkland residents Ana and Jesus Lapera, who frequent Blue Agave. “Their food is homemade and delicious.”
Opening in 2014, Manager Rosana Morales said even though the pandemic, the restaurant kept its doors open.
“After the pandemic, things have improved for us. We have recurring customers who love food, and we are still here after eight years,” Morales said.
Along with providing delicious menu items, attention to the customer is essential — as well as offering a spacious, clean, and family-friendly atmosphere.
