Sip, snack, and splatter some paint—Parkland’s most creative tea party is steeped in fun and ready to pour.
The Parkland Friends of the Library invites the community to unleash their “creativi-tea” at its upcoming annual membership tea, “Painting Par-Tea,” on Saturday, September 13, 2025, from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Parkland Library.
This unique (and colorful) event offers attendees a relaxing afternoon of lunch, a variety of teas, and a guided painting session led by a local artist. Participants will create their own masterpiece to take home, all while enjoying great company and refreshments.
The $35 event fee includes:
- One-year membership to the Parkland Friends of the Library
- Lunch and a selection of teas
- All painting supplies
- Painting lesson from a local artist
Space is limited, and an RSVP is required. To reserve a spot and get payment information, guests are encouraged to text or email Annette Muse at armuse44@yahoo.com or call (954) 675-1035.
For more information, visit the Parkland Friends of the Library or scan the event flyer’s QR code.
