Animal Bite
10900 block of NW 69th Pl – Parkland Isles
On January 31, the reporting party states that while walking his dog on a leash, another dog off-leash from the above address attacked his dog. Reporting party’s dog received injuries and was taken to Coral Springs Animal Hospital for treatment. A bite card was completed and submitted.
Auto Theft
11500 block of NW 75th Mnr – Heron Bay
Between January 25 and January 26, an unknown suspect removed the victim’s 2012 Mercedes. The person reporting stated that he left his valet key in the unlocked vehicle. Auto Theft Affidavit signed.
Auto Burglary
11000 block of NW 81st Manor – Heron Bay
On January 26, three unknown males entered the victim’s unlocked 2018 BMW X5 SUV, Florida JNJJ94, and took it without the victim’s permission. One of the males also entered the victim’s 2004 Toyota SUV, Florida CZVN56, nothing taken. The victim has a video, which is uploaded to evidence.com. The stolen vehicle was entered into Records Teletype, Affidavit Signed. Also taken, victim’s personal property from the vehicle. The vehicle was last pinging in Fort Lauderdale. Key Fob was left inside the vehicle.
6700 block of NW 117th Ave Heron Bay
On January 26, an unknown suspect entered into the victim’s unlocked car. Items were ransacked; however, nothing was stolen.
7400 block of NW 114th Ter – Heron Bay
On January 26, an unknown subject(s) entered the victim’s unlocked vehicles without the owner’s permission and removed her Gucci book bag valued at $2,000. The Gucci book bag contained her Gucci purse valued at $800, her Florida DL, Visa debit card, American Express credit card, and $300 in cash. Scene processed with negative results, area canvassing completed.
11000 block of NW 78th Pl – Heron Bay
On January 26, an unknown suspect entered into the victim’s unlocked cars. Items were ransacked; however, only change was taken
7400 block of NW 114th Ter – Heron Bay
On January 27, the victim stated an unknown person entered his vehicle and rummaged through the belongings in his glove box and center console. The victim stated some spare change was stolen. The vehicle was unlocked. Scene processed with negative results, area canvassing completed.
Found Property
6650 University Dr
On January 27, a good Samaritan returned a wallet containing a Florida driver’s license, two credit cards, and cash.
Fire
5851 Holmberg Rd – Bell Parkland
On January 29, the pool house caught fire at Bell Parkland Development. Six golf carts and various maintenance equipment were destroyed. Coral Springs-Parkland Fire Rescue responded and extinguished the blaze.

6000 block of NW 83rd Ter, Parkland – Tall Pines
On January 29, a mother advised that her son made a threat-like phone call to her 15-year-old daughter’s boyfriend.
10300 block of Waterside Ct – MiraLago
On January 26, a USPS vehicle struck a residence’s basketball hoop. An ongoing issue with USPS employee. Report completed for documentation only.
8700 block of MiraLago Way – MiraLago
On January 29, the complainant advised her doorbell camera was damaged days earlier and not sure how. There is no suspect information at this time.
Theft
9300 block of Carrington Ave – Watercrest
On January 21, and reported January 29, a visiting guest’s theft of cosmetics was reported.
