The WoW Tasting Experience.
The WoW Tasting Experience returns for its fourth year on Saturday, November 22, at Club Mira Lago, inviting guests to “Journey Around the World Through Spirits.”
Hosted by Wonders of Whisky, the event is advertised as “the ultimate, curated, premium tasting experience,” blending elegance, exploration, and community.
“This year’s theme captures everything The WoW Tasting Experience stands for: connection, culture, and craftsmanship,” Sunil Dyal, founder of Wonders of Whisky, tells Parkland Talk.
According to Dyal, the WoW Tasting Experience is designed as a journey through different regions, highlighting spirits unique to each, and offering a taste of what one might expect if they were to visit the country in person.
“It’s a global adventure in a glass. You can explore champagne from France, Scotch from Scotland, whisky from Japan and India, tequila from Mexico, vodka from Poland, all without ever leaving Parkland. And the best part is, every sip serves a purpose. Each year, our event supports a meaningful cause, and this year, we’re proud to benefit Eagles’ Haven.”
Guests can expect to be offered a chance to try over 100 distinctive spirits, champagnes, and cocktails from world-renowned brands, including The Balvenie, The Dalmore, Glenmorangie, Veuve Clicquot, Johnnie Walker, Don Julio, Belvedere, Bardstown Bourbon, and Heaven Hill, as well as emerging craft distillers and boutique labels.
Beyond the tastings, the evening is a celebration featuring live music, a DJ, dancers, and a silent auction to support Eagles’ Haven. Attendees are encouraged to “wear white with a splash of color,” adding vibrance to the stylish ambiance.
The experience will take place from 5:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., beginning with an exclusive VIP hour featuring rare, high-value pours, followed by the general tasting and a lively two-hour “After Experience” open-bar celebration.
Tickets are limited to 250 guests, and organizers expect another sellout. Attendees must be 21 years of age or older, and Uber or designated drivers are strongly encouraged.
Tickets are priced at $101.65 for general admission at 6:15 p.m. and $149.80 for VIP admission at 5:30 p.m. A group promotion is available for $74.90 per person when purchasing eight or more tickets. Tier 2 admission tickets are $128.40.
