The annual Parkland Carnival is still set for January 12-14 but will have some modifications due to weather.
According to city spokesman Todd DeAngelis, there will be as many rides on the lawn at Pine Trails Park.
“It’s sufficiently soggy already, and we’re expecting more rain, so many rides will be in the parking lot immediately behind the Amphitheatre.
He added that if there are any changes, they’ll make those as needed based on the weather as we move through the weekend.
The carnival kicks off on Friday, January 12, from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and continues on Saturday, January 13, from 1:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The festivities wrap up on Sunday, January 14, offering fun from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Pine Trails Park is located at 10559 Trails End, Parkland, FL 33076,
