Through our joint effort with the Broward Sheriff’s Office to share updates to residents, this is a summary of crimes and other Parkland incidents through March 22, 2021.
Found Property
6300 block of NW 66th Way – Pinetree Estates
On March 20, a person turned over found ammunition left behind by a renter inside the residence.
Missing Person
Pine Tree Estates
On March 20, a 16-year-old juvenile was seen on video leaving residence at 12:30 a.m. The juvenile has run away in the past. The juvenile was seen leaving with a bag, possibly packed with clothes, and getting into a vehicle. The juvenile did not leave with a cellphone. Entered into the system as a runaway.
Property Damage
9600 block of Kalmar Cir W – Four Seasons
On March 22, the reporter alleged while her vehicle was parked in front of the above address in the roadway, she noticed her rear passenger window was damaged.
Theft
6590 block of 112th Ave – Parkland Isles
On March 21, multiple pieces of jewelry went missing from the residence between August and September 2020. The owner has dementia and was under the care of numerous aides. No suspect information at this time. Total Loss $4,000.
8000 block of Falls Lane – Cypress Head
On March 21, the victim advised that his ex-daughter-in-law stole money from him on three different occasions over the past two months culminating in the third theft of $40. The total amount of money taken during the two-month period is $1,440. The victim advised the suspect did confess to the thefts upon being confronted.

9000 block of NW 66th Way – Mayfair
On March 22, the reporting party wanted to document a custody issue she is having with the father regarding him not bringing her son home at the agreed-upon time.
No Address Listed
On March 18, Crimestoppers received a tip on March 4, which alleged suspect made threats to kill the victim. After reviewing prior Coral Springs Police reports involving the suspect and interviewing him, the case was closed.
