Parkland weekly Crime Update by Parkland Talk

Through our joint effort with the Broward Sheriff’s Office to share updates with residents, this is a summary of crimes and other Parkland incidents through June 26, 2023.

Death Investigation

A victim of Death Investigation on NW 75 Place. Law enforcement found the sole resident of the home deceased. A welfare check for the decedent was requested by a close friend who had not heard from her since 06/09/2023.

Information

Information on Majestic Trace was reported on:  06/20/2023. The victim stated that she sent nude photos to a male friend approximately four months ago, and he is showing them to mutual friends and refuses to delete them. 

Information on Parkside Drive was reported on: 06/23/2023. A bounce house was being used in a parking lot without a permit. Police shut down the bounce house for the day, and the operators were advised of needing a permit. This was the second warning for using a bounce house in the parking lot without applying for a permit from the city.

Burglary Conveyance

A victim of Burglary Conveyance was reported on: 06/23/2023. The total estimated loss was: $3,200. 

A victim of Burglary Conveyance on Holmberg Road was reported on:  06/20/2023. The total estimated loss was: $10. 

Theft – All Other

Incontro Italian Cuisine Steakhouse

A victim of Theft – All Other was reported on: 06/21/2023. The total estimated loss was: $227. The victim stated that a package she was expecting was delivered to her doorstep. An unknown male took the package. The package contained cosmetics, and the total estimated loss was: $227.27.

Auto Theft

A victim of Auto Theft was reported on: 06/23/2023. The victim advised his black 2016 Chrysler 300 was stolen from the driveway.

Arrests

Senyukhin, Nikolay G., 50, was arrested on a Touch Or Strike/Battery/Domestic Violence charge on 127 Terrace on 06/21/2023.
