
Christian Nogueira {Broward Sheriff’s Office}
A 27-year-old man reported missing in Parkland Saturday has been found dead, authorities said.
According to detectives with the Broward Sheriff’s Office Missing Persons Unit, Christian Nogueira was found dead in a body of water near the 5700 block of Northwest 61st Place in Parkland.
A missing persons alert was issued for Nogueira earlier Saturday after he was last seen around 9:35 p.m. on Friday, July 4th, in the same area, authorities said.
Although foul play is not suspected, BSO’s Homicide and Crime Scene units will investigate Nogueira’s death, according to BSO.
The Broward County Medical Examiner’s Office will determine the cause and manner of his death, authorities said.
According to his family, Nogueira had a heart condition and took medication.
